WITHOUT ASKING
This week, our mission should we choose to accept it is: without asking, take 10 minutes or less to help someone who hasn’t asked for it. It can be anyone, a stranger, a friend, family, or a co-worker. Let’s take some time to help those around us, and let’s make this world a more positive place.

There are a lot of small moments throughout the day where a simple task at work is easily completed, or helping out a friend seems more like a chore than an opportunity. Go out of your way to add as much value to a conversation, interaction, or task being done for someone else.

SHARE SOMETHING INSPIRATIONAL
This week, our mission should we choose to accept it is: SHARE SOMETHING INSPIRATIONAL. It could be a book, a story you heard, an article, or a video… We all run across things that make us inspired. Share what inspires you and make others feel the same way.
MAKE A GIFT
This week, our mission should we choose to accept it is: MAKE A GIFT, and share it. What are you talented at or passionate about? This week, use your talents and passions to make a gift for someone. It can be for someone near and dear to your heart or a complete stranger. Use your talents to create a gift that helps brighten someone’s week.
THE FLY ON THE WALL PERSPECTIVE
The point of this little exercise is for us to create a mental distance between us and our thoughts, feelings and/or experiences. In spiritual terms, we refer to this as ‘being in the world, but not of it,’ where we rise above the issue, and can see both sides.
LAUGH IT OUT
This week, our mission should we choose to accept it is: LAUGH IT OUT.
Make others laugh. Did you know that people who smile more have a more positive effect on those around them? Let’s get people in the smiling mood this week by making them laugh.
REACT, REGRET, REPEAT?
Picture this: You’re scrolling through social media, minding your own business (sort of), when suddenly you see a post that pushes your buttons…hard. Your face heats up, your fingers fly across the keyboard, and in seconds, you’ve typed something… not-so-nice. One moment of digital rage and poof… welcome to the ‘React and Regret’ rollercoaster.
GET OVER YOURSELF
This week, our mission should we choose to accept it is: Get Over Yourself. Let go of your pride in an area you feel is holding you back. Take a moment to examine your life and see if pride is the reason you won’t admit you were wrong to someone, or maybe won’t ask for help on something. You know you, it’s your list. Sort it out.
